Tomorrow Pastor Bryan and I are leaving with some folks from Oakleaf Christian Fellowship to go to Kansas City to experience IHOP.
The International House of Prayer 24/7/365 days a week prayer movement. They take seriously the scripture that says –
Mark 11:17 Then He taught, saying to them, “Is it not written, ‘My house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations’ ? But you have made it a ‘den of thieves.’ ”
I am fired up about going out there to spend a few days praying and seeking God regarding some personal items and with regards tothe future of Journey Church. I keep hearing verses and words regarding taking time out to reflect, to meditate on, to refresh, to slow down for clarity.
This is a much needed couple of days. I am excited to see what God wants to do!

Fast Tuesday Prayer Requests:
This week it is all about praying for our WWTS Campaign. The commercials have aired, the flyers have been put in people’s mailboxes, the bandit signs are sprung around town, and we are praying that people will invite their friends, and that people will respond to those invitations.
So as you pray this week, please ask God to make WWTS a great success. Might we see many people come to know Christ that night.. Our God is good!

If you have ideas for our new Fast Tuesdays Site, please let me know how we can make it better.

I am excited. God has been calling us deeper in prayer than I have ever been in my entire life and the past few weeks have been an incredible time of intimacy with the Lord.
We have stepped up the prayer efforts, started praying and fasting on tuesdays and God has showed up in amazing ways. (Check out and offer suggestions for the new site we are building www.fasttuesdays.com ) Suggest content, ideas, etc. welcome comment here.
In a few weeks Bryan and I are heading to Kansas City with Pastor Jeff, Brian, and Ryan from Oakleaf to visit iHop and pray for a few days. It should be an amazing experience.
I also wanted to encourage our blog readers to consider supporting "The Watch" Jacksonville. Check out their website. They meet at the church and Pastor Jeff has a heart to see the prayer room open 24/7. See scheduled prayer dates and times and also consider coming to pray from 5:00-5:45pm weekly on saturday nights at the church.
