Church CRM

Posted by Eric Jaffe | Posted in Church CRM | Posted on 17-06-2006

Many of you may be familiar with the business term (CRM) Client Relationship Management. It is a genre of software that helps sales people, lawyers, professionals, and a host of others  keep up on and build upon their relationships with others.

We have Fellowship One, which does a pretty good job as a Church Management System, but it does lack a few CRM features that would be helpful.

God has been revealing to me more, and more, and more the importance of solid relationships, especially in a growing congregation. I was exposed to CRM in the law firm, and really feel it’s time for us to fully exploit it in our larger churches. If the business world can do it for a buck, why can’t we do it to better connect the body of Christ.

If anyone has tips, tricks, comments, tools to better connect electronically and relationally, which seems a paradox, I would love to hear how your church keeps track of its relationships with it’s clients..

  1. Hello!
Well thought, i came up with the same idea. CRM would be the answer for our need. We have a growing church and it’s hard to keep up with all people, groups and future plans.
Did you found solutions or tools to do this?
