I like the name Journey Church.

Eric-
My name is Boyd Bettis, I am from the Orange Park area, I lived there for about 13 years. I have been out in Graceville, FL at the Baptist College for the past 2 1/2 years and I am fixing to move back to Jacksonville. (I found your blog through a link off of John’s Wyatt’s blog.)
I am wanted to pass on a word of encouragment to you. I am excited to see what God is going to do in Orange Park through this church. I think the idea and the vision is awesome. I like the developing ministry philosophy you guys are begininng to shape. I think it will be awesome for the Orange Park area to have a biblically sound church that is going to be innovated in its methodology.

well, my navy minded self thought of these 2.
setting our compasses towards the new horizon.
setting sail towards the never ending journey.
in my opinion each one is talking about the fact that we are getting our lives ready for heaven(the beautiful new horizon) and the eternity we will be spending with God(the never ending journey).
