Family Matters Conference to Benefit Clay Residents

The Family Matters Conference will be a two-day event for the entire household.  Held at the Oakleaf Christian Fellowship church at

, there will be speakers, child care and food. 

On Friday doors will open at 6:00 PM.  The evening will end at 9:00 PM.  On Saturday the day will begin at 9:00 AM with a continental breakfast and will end at 1:00 PM.

Speakers include Pastor Eric Jaffe from

Jaffe and his wife Mary Jo have faithfully served in various ministries since 1996, including leading a Young Married Couples Group in

Pembroke Pines

  He will speak on God’s Plan for Your Marriage. 

Pastor Aaron Maners from

Canvas

Maners and his wife Suzette began serving together as youth ministers in 1992.  He will share about their trials in marriage and how they emerged victoriously. 

Pastor Jeff Henderson from the host church, Oakleaf Christian Fellowship, will share what he and his wife Carol have learned through 20 years of marriage and 16 years of parenting.  Telling it like it is, he is sure to offer hope to desperate parents.

Nicholas Simonic, President and C.E.O. of Simonic, Simonic, Ratnecht & Associates, Inc. will share his financial expertise.  Eliminating debt, setting a good financial example for our children and focusing on life’s important issues will be his topics. 

“Like I tell my son,” Simonic said, “you cannot lead where you have not gone.”  With two Bachelor Degrees, two financial help radio programs and as the founder of Gatekeeper Ministries, Inc., Simonic is prepared to share his advice.
