Multi-Site Revolution

Posted by Eric Jaffe | Posted in Multi-Site | Posted on 15-06-2006

We had an incredible day of planning today for our upcoming multi-site launches. We are doing our best to make the process easy and repeatable using web based technology to help us keep track of things.

This morning the awesome Orange Park Team and others came together for about 2 hours of brainstorming on job descriptions, role requirements, organizational structure and what the key roles were that are needed to launch a campus.

In the afternoon we spent 2 more hourse with the campus pastors in setting up a repeatable launch plan using www.centraldesktop.com an awesome tool that is web accessable from anywhere for the purposes of planning events, scheduling projects, and more.

Please be praying for the team, we have a very aggressive schedule to try to get Daytona launched by late August, there may be many sleepless nights, but God willing we will get through this, and then have an awesome process in place to help future campuses not have to go through some of the pains we have gone through.

  1. dude- just found your site – glad to know about it.
we (healing place church) did the leadership network thing with greg ligon and geoff surratt – the mulitsite church community deal (i think y’all did it or are doing it now, right?) and man, it really did a lot for us. the value of time set aside for sorting out, praying, thinking, etc. is priceless.
i hope y’all blanket the entire state with outlets for your lsu-tiger baton-rouge-bred cajun-full-of-passion-for-God pastor :-)
